Culinary enthusiasts on the hunt for fall flavors.
From 30 September to 16 November 2025, we will be serving outstanding game menus with matching wines* from the Schaffhausen Pinot Noir region. This year's guest country is Italy, whose wonderful wines you are welcome to enjoy in combination with – or as a comparison to – our game dishes. We are thrilled by the delights of autumn, both in terms of cuisine and oenology. Be our guest at "Wild und Wein am Rhein".
* The wine pairing includes one glass of wine per course.
Foreign and regional wine selection
Once again this year, we are delighted to be able to present a selection of special wines from foreign producers that we have chosen together with our partner Tanner FeinWeinSein. The range is complemented by selected wines from the region, which we have chosen together with our local producers.
